apibrėžtis Artilerijos diviziono (baterijos) vadavietė priešui ir vietovei žvalgyti, padalinių ugniai ir manevrui valdyti, pėstininkų padalinių veiksmams stebėti ir sąveikai su jais palaikyti. Stebėjimo vadavietėje būna diviziono (baterijos, valdymo būrio) vadas su reikiamais žvalgybos ir ugnies valdymo prietaisais, ryšių priemonėmis ir kariais. Stebėjimo vadavietėje renkami ir analizuojami žvalgybos duomenys. Stebėjimo vadavietė įrengiama kartu arba greta pėstininkų vieneto, kurį remia artilerijos vienetas, vadavietės.
